Allow me to introduce myself: I'm Alex, the proud founder of BobaTails.
With BobaTails, I've set forth on a mission to make a difference. This website and store serve as the gateway to collecting experiences, expanding our reach, and gathering the necessary resources to establish no-kill sanctuaries. These sanctuaries will provide a safe haven, nourishment, and, above all, an abundance of love to cats in need.
I invite you all to join me on this remarkable journey. Your support means the world to us. By subscribing to my YouTube channel and taking just a few minutes to watch our videos, you contribute to our cause in a significant way. Every view, every interaction, is a step closer to realizing our dreams and making a lasting impact on the lives of countless cats.
Thank you for being part of our mission. Together, we'll leave a pawprint on the world and inspire others to embrace the incredible magic that cats bring to our lives. Stay tuned for exciting updates, heartwarming stories, and the sheer joy that comes with being part of the BobaTails community. Let's embark on this adventure together and change lives, one purr at a time.

Bogey
Male Siberian Cat (5/16/2019)
Colors: Brown and Black Tabby
Physical features: Roughly 32 inches from head to tail (81 cm) and 13 pounds (6 kg)
Fur characteristics: Plentiful and furry, but also thin. Feels like peach fuzz. Unless you touch numerous amounts, it’s hardly noticeable
Distinct trait: Bogey prefers to be on the floor. With numerous cat trees and platforms around, Bogey still prefers to sleep under my bed or on my bed. He hardly ever goes above my eye level.
Personality: Like most cats, Bogey is ultra athletic, albeit not as gracious in landing. He’s a very docile cat who prefers to lounge on warm surfaces rather than run around and play. He does not mind strangers coming into the house and greets them with his fluffy tail in the sky. He is also welcoming of other pets. Bailey was introduced after 2 days and Bogey never hissed at her. Bogey does okay with brushing, but does get over stimulated relatively quickly so I typically brush him in short sessions.
Favorite toys: Anything with a string or string-like toys. His absolute favorite is a hair tie.
Pro tip: if your cat is like Bogey, tie a hair-tie or string to a wand toy; they’ll love it and feel like a kitten again.

Bailey
Female Siberian (Neva Masquerade) Cat (8/9/2021)
Colors: Blue Point Tabby (Brown, white, and black)
Physical features: Roughly 25 inches from head to tail (63.5 cm) and 8 pounds (3.6 kg)
Fur characteristics: Sheds… like crazy. Fur has a slightly stronger feel than Bogey’s fur. Feels like ultra thinly sliced wet potatoes before turning into hash browns.
Distinct trait: Bailey is a trouble maker. She likes to start trouble by provoking Bogey and when he hits her noggin, she starts crying and calls me over to help. She also prefers to sleep by herself at night, but can typically find her under my bed in the morning.
Personality: Bailey is extremely athletic and agile. She LOVES sprinting, jumping, and tiring herself out before having a quick nap away from everyone. Bailey is more bashful and will typically run into a closet room and hide. Once she is comfortable with the stranger though, she will get on their lap and claim them as her property. Bailey likes to be higher on the ground and observe her surroundings. Bailey is very accepting of brushes and will typically stay still for as long as you need her to.
Favorite toys: Anything that makes a noise and is small enough for her to grip in her mouth. She prefers to chase or jump at toys. She’s most active right before bed and will chase a toy until she’s out of breath.
