What currency are the prices I see on the site?

All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We will try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-15 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don’t receive a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at contact@bobatails.com

Where do you ship to?

We primarily ship most of our products from the United States. That means certain items are not available for international shipping. Please review the product for more details.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

Unfortunately we are a small company trying to make a dent in the sea of whales. Certain items are not eligible for return, but we will try to provide as many details as possible to ensure your order is accurate as possible. Please review each product to see the return policies.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships though so please make sure to cancel as quickly as possible.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@bobatails.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Anything over 24 hours, we will attempt to change with best efforts, but please understand we cannot guarantee it.
